The idea of quinine-based beverages for medical purposes soon spread throughout Europe and India through the company to East India. As a result, quinine became the main ingredient in tonic water.

INDI & Cº beverages are the culmination of years of experience and experiments with ways in which many Mediterranean and Oriental plants can be macerated and distilled in order to obtain the purest and most intense fragrances and flavors.

We use the traditional methods of maceration, fermentation and distillation of the finest ingredients our team chooses carefully in our home country of Spain, Western India and East India.
