The brilliant red wine comes from the Ribera del Duero wine region. Villacreces Wine Cellars were founded in 1980 and produce wines in a small amount of bottles to achieve the highest quality. Harvesting takes place manually in the second and third week of October, and the grapes go through a double selection. The subsequent fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, then matured in French oak barrels for 12 months.
