Dominio de Cair, Aguilera, D.O. Ribera del Duero, red wine, 0,75l La Aguilera is an excellent red Tempranillo wine from the small village of La Aguilera in the D.O. Ribera del Duero. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 820 to 950 m above sea level in the Spanish Meseta area. Clay-limestone soils give the wine freshness, complexity and an unmistakable fruity-floral character. La Aguilera is characterized by a beautiful cherry color with mauve highlights, very complex on the nose, with strong ripe fruit and floral notes. On the palate it is tasty and strong, with fresh fruit notes, elegant tannins and a long finish.

Dominio de Cair is a modern winery with avant-garde architecture, founded in 2008 by winemaker Juan Luis Cañas. In the beginning, there was above all a passion for wine and a desire to produce spectacular wines on the exceptional soil of the Ribera del Duero region. Juan Luis traveled this area several times until he found the vineyards of his dreams - some of which boast an age of up to a hundred years. In the winery, nothing is by chance – everything is carefully thought out and designed to provide the best conditions for the production of exceptional wines. Old vines with low production are a guarantee of excellent wines, which in a short time have already won several national and international awards.
