Matadiablos Tinto Fino 2019 is a red wine made from Tempranillo grapes, also known as Tinto Fino, cultivated in the Ribera del Duero region. The grapes are sourced from the vineyard of the same name (Matadiablos), planted on a gentle clay slope facing north in the Aguachar area.
The wine has an intense cherry color with violet reflections and reveals on the nose aromatic notes of red fruit, floral accents, and hints of mineral elements. On the palate, it is very fresh and elegant with a medium structure that is not overwhelming. The wine has a long and persistent finish, and thanks to twelve months of aging in 3000-liter oak foudres, it is well-balanced.
