Zarate, Fontecón Rosé, D.O. Rias Baixas, rosé wine, 0,75l Zarate Fontecón Rosé is made from three grape varieties, Espadeiro, Caíño Tinto and Albariño. The combination of these wines creates a unique cuvée of light pink colour full of red fruits with mineral notes in the background.

Zarate Fontecón Rose is made from grapes of three varieties hand-harvested on a small plot in Ribadumia. The Caíño Tinto and Albariño grapes are fermented and aged on lees in a stainless steel tank, while the Espadeiro grapes undergo this process in French oak barrels. The combination of these wines produces a unique cuvée of light pink colour.

The aroma shows notes of red fruits such as redcurrants, cherries and blueberries, full of freshness, along with more subtle herbal notes. On the palate, the freshness and sweetness of the fruit is confirmed, along with other more subtle nuances that bring out mineral notes.

The recommended serving temperature is between 7 °C and 10 °C. It is particularly suitable with fish and seafood starters and main courses, as well as rice and pasta.
