Celler Credo, Aloers, D.O.Penedes, white wine, 0,75l Aloers is an elegant white wine made from the Xarel-lo variety, which is grown on calcareous soils in the Penedès region of Catalonia. It is characterized by a delicate aroma of yellow flowers and light mineral notes. On the palate it is gooey, elegant, with a slightly salty aftertaste.

Aloers is a very lively white wine from the Catalan winery Celler Credo. Xarel-lo grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, which guarantees high quality. After the wine has been macerated for several hours along with the skins and skins, fermentation takes place on the native yeasts from the Celler Credo vineyards, which are behind the success of the best terroir wines. Then comes the batonage, which lasts one month and gives the wine its typical structure and finesse. Finally, the wine matures for 6 months. Aloers strives for the maximum expression of the terroir, and therefore interferes as little as possible in its production. This is also the reason why natural sediments can appear in the bottles.

The wine received 92 points from the world-renowned wine connoisseur Robert Parker. It perfectly complements fish dishes, risotto and grilled seafood.

Celler Credo is a Catalan wine project whose leitmotif is the Mediterranean variety Xarel-lo in many forms. The vines are grown without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, and traditional procedures inherited from ancestors are followed in the production of wine. This creates honest wines that become chroniclers of the region's history. According to the Celler Credo winery itself, it is a dialogue between man, variety and soil; a dialogue that has nothing to hide and, on the contrary, has a lot to say.
