Alzania Syrah is an excellent red wine that is 21 younger and fresher than Alzania. It is made from the Syrah variety, which is grown on the vineyards of Finca La Moneda near the winery. The wine is fermented at a controlled temperature of 27 ° C and remains closed in barrels without any filtration or purification for 12 days. Maturation takes place in Baroque barrels of French and American oak for 10 months.
