Celler Credo, VI-D-RE, D.O. Penedés, white wine, 0,75l VI-D-RE is a delicious white wine from the Celler Credo winery, which is made from Xarel-lo varieties. The vineyards are located on extremely calcareous soils in the Catalan region of Penedès. It is characterized by a bright straw color with golden reflections, on the palate it is fresh and delicate, sweet citruses intermingle with stone fruits, it has a delicate floral finish. On the nose, it is moderately intense, on a floral background the aroma of sweet citrus develops, which intermingles with stone fruit, peaches, a faint aroma of chalk and fennel. A pure wine that was released on the market in a limited quantity of 470 bottles.

A delicious white wine from the Catalan region of Penedès, it is characterized by a fruity-floral aroma dominated by sweet citrus. It is a pure wine that reflects the quality of the grapes and the work. Harvesting is done exclusively by hand and alcoholic fermentation takes place only on autochthonous yeasts. The wine matures in 32 liter demijohns for 5 months.
Celler Credo is a Catalan wine project whose leitmotif is the Mediterranean variety Xarel-lo in many forms. The vines are grown without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, and traditional procedures inherited from ancestors are followed in the production of wine. This creates honest wines that become chroniclers of the region's history. According to the Celler Credo winery itself, it is a dialogue between man, variety and soil; a dialogue that has nothing to hide and, on the contrary, has a lot to say.
