Celler Credo, Cap Ficat, DO Penedés, white wine, 0.75l Excellent white wine produced by the Celler Credo winery in DO Penedés is characterized by straw yellow color and the scent of white flowers, herbs and fruits. The flavor is fruity and freshly complements ripe cheeses, mushrooms or fish.

This biodynamic and organic white straw-colored wine is made from the Xarel lo variety. It is a fine mineral and fresh wine, pale, balanced, slightly fruity.

Harvesting takes place manually, then maceration and subsequent fermentation in oak barrels for 1.5 months. It is then stored for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.

The Celler Credo winery has its own vineyards La Pedra Blanca, where eight-hectares are grown predominantly by Xarel lo. Wine is processed with respect to the environment, all harvesting and production takes place manually.
