This delicious wine is produced by combining traditional and modern, nature-friendly methods. Grapes from the Baigorri winery are carefully selected, harvested manually and picked grapes for grapes to be macerated in steel vats at a controlled temperature. The use of a pneumatic press makes only the best of the grapes. The wine then matures for 14 months in quality French oak barrels.
