Ángeles de Amaren was produced in honor of Louis Cañas's mother. The emphasis on quality guarantees that only the best grapes of the Tempranillo and Graciano varieties are used during processing. Both grow on the vineyards separately. Thanks to Tempranilla, wine has a more fruity character and thanks to Gracian spice. If the quality of the grapes does not reach the quality so that the wine can be produced, that year the wine Ángeles de Amaren will not be produced. This wine matures in new barrels of American and French oaks for 16 months. Wine is especially special, it is produced only in limited series, which makes up to 50 thousand bottles.
