Bodegas El Maestro Sierra is one of the special gems of the Jerez area. The cellars were founded in 1830 by Jose Antonio Sierra and are now in the care of his descendants, Pilar Plá and Maria del Carmen Borrego. Mother and daughter continue the family tradition and hand-craft in a very limited quantity, which makes this sherry a highly prized gem for connoisseurs of this type of wine.
