The vineyard is located near the town of San Román de Hornija (Valladolid), at an altitude of 700 metres. Maturing takes place in barrels for approximately 12 months (75% French oak, 25% American oak and 5% Hungarian oak) u to eventually rest in a bottle until it reaches perfect condition.
