Motor Callet is a red wine made from Callet grapes from young vineyards with organic certification, located in clay loam soils containing iron oxide. After hand-harvesting from grapes selected directly from the vineyard, it is fermented in vats (brick and concrete vats, which are traditional in the area). It is aged here for approximately 3 months.
