The Baigorri winery uses only traditional and modern methods that are friendly to nature. For the production of this high-quality red wine, the Tempranillo variety, grown on old and years-proven vineyards with minimal production, is used. The grapes are long macerated in wooden vats at a controlled temperature and, after pressing, are stored in new oak barrels of the Francois, where the wine matures for 18 months.
