Original virgin olive oil Original is made from the Picual variety, which is typical of the Jaén region in Spanish Andalusia. The oil smells of ripe green olives, tomatoes and herbs. The taste is very balanced, but overall fresh. It accurately reflects the true taste of Picual olives.
It is suitable for fish, salads, cheeses or meat.
Melgarejo - this is a family business founded in 1995 by the sons of Mr. Francisco Melgarejo and Mrs. Juana Cordero in the hope that they will continue the work of their ancestors from the last two centuries. The olive mill is located in the town of Pegalajar in the province of Jaén.
Harvesting takes place in early November and this oil is bottled in stainless steel tanks and inerted with liquid nitrogen. They have been awarded the "Denominación de Origen Sierra Mágina" quality label.
