Rioja, red wine, 0,75l Telmo Rodríguez La Estrada is a unique red wine from the La Rioja region that was made from the Tempranillo variety and to a small extent from the Graciano variety. It is a very concentrated wine with an intense aroma of ripe black fruit and notes of cocoa. On the palate it is velvety soft and pleasant, with fine tannins. This wine comes from a limited production of 1279 bottles.

La Estrada wine comes from a tiny vineyard with an area of ​​only 0.64 hectares, which is located at an altitude of 610 meters above sea level on very poor soil. It is a vineyard of great age and small production.

La Estrada wine was awarded 94 points by the world-renowned wine connoisseur Robert Parker. Peñín even awarded him 95 points.

It goes well with red meat, roast, tartare, grilled cruel meat or stewed lamb.

Telmo Rodríquez is a Spanish winery founded in 1994. He has a worldwide reputation as a pioneer supporting Spanish winemaking, a traveling oenologist and a "driving wine-maker". Part of Telmo Rodríguez is the Bodega Lanziego project, which started in 1998 in the town of Lanziego with the aim of returning to its roots. A place with a beautiful landscape and a climate ideal for the production of purely local wine from Rioja. The result is limited production of high quality wines.
