Crema Catalana Cream - 10 Servings. Boast your well-known Catalan dessert at home!

Preparation instructions:

1. Separate one glass of 750 ml of milk (3 glasses) to dissolve the contents of the bag. Add 6-8 teaspoons of sugar.

2. In the pot bring the rest of the milk to the boil and add the mixed contents, stir until the mass begins to thicken for about 2 minutes.

3. Remove the pot from the burner and flip it into the container. Allow the cream to cool down and then refrigerate for 2 hours. Keep the fridge for a maximum of 3 days.
