Mentidero has a name derived from Madrid, better known from the Mentideros de Madrid group, where intellectuals met in the past and discussed the problems. It is produced through the traditional process of sugar cane distillation, which was brought to Spain by Arabia. Already at the time of the reconquista, in the south of Spain, it has begun by means of distillation to be transformed into this amazing drink.

Rum amber color is only made from 100% natural raw materials, no preservatives are added. Thanks to ripening in the barricade barrel for a minimum of one year, it gets a typical color.
