Pago de Carraovejas El Anejón is a wine with an unmistakable taste and flavor of the Ribera del Duero. An altitude of 900 meters above sea level and mineral limestone soil give the wine a unique taste. Harvesting is by hand and fermentation takes place in small vats made of quality French oak. The wine matures for 12 months in oak barrels and at least 36 in the bottle.
