We only call our products "Foie Gras", where foie gras is practically the only ingredient. In addition, you can add water or an ingredient that only helps the product to be better.

"Foie" means what is commonly referred to as raw foie gras used in the kitchen.

Preserve or semi-preserve

Foie Gras has the advantage of passing through time, gaining more flavor and aroma. This effect will usually spill over a period of 4 years and should be stored in a cool, dry place.

Semiconservers, vacuum, glass containers, ... even preserved, need a cold environment to protect them, since they were cooked at low temperatures. These products are best for consumption ranging from 3 months to a year and a half.
