Jamón Iberico Cebo de Campo and Jamón Ibércio de Cebo is a cured ham made from black Iberian pigs. Once the Iberian pigs have not reached the required weight during the montanera, they must be fed with normal organic feed after the montanera is over. Jamón from such animals is then called 'cebo de campo'. The piglets, which are fed on a normal diet, mostly cereals and legumes, give rise to 'Jamón Ibérico de Cebo'.
