It comes from a small 40-year-old vineyard named La Nieta. The first fermentation takes place in small barrels of wood, malolactic fermentation and ripening takes place for 18 months in new oak barrels of French oak.

Serve at 17-18 ° C. We recommend decanting 1 hour before eating. Suitable for red meat, venison and liver.
