Vermut Yzaguirre Rojo Reserva is characterized by a mahogany color and an aromatic, velvety palate on wood, herbs and spices on the palate that bring memories of ripe fruit. The taste is very balanced and delicate with a slight acidity. Vermouth matures for 12 months in barricade barrels, which guarantees individuality and pleasant consistency.

We recommend it as an aperitif, best served with a few drops of campari, ice, orange slices, orange and mint. It is also suitable for flavoring various meat dishes, paella and desserts.
