Cuquillo is a rare variety of all-natural uncoloured black olive from southern Spain. The olives are harvested almost ripe, so they have a wide range of colours from dark brown to black. They have a relatively soft and oily texture and a delicious flavour with a slightly bitter taste.

Olives are an important source of vitamins A and E, iron, calcium, potassium and magnesium. In addition, they contain unsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants that reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and cancer.
