This fantastic vinegar from the DO Montila-Moriles region, made from the Pedro Ximénez grape variety, is the greatest treasure of the Toro Albalá winery. Its creator is winemaker Antonio Sánchez with incredible patience. The finest vinegars are aged for 25 and 50 years in Castilian oak barrels.
The new packaging tries to express the simplicity of the entire production process, but at the same time the spectacular result. The vinegar is bottled in alchemical-looking bottles, a reference to the winemaker's usual workplace - the laboratory. The paper packaging, reminiscent of origami, allows for safe transport while still looking presentable enough. It is intended to resemble a flowering carnation from the city of Cordoba.
Colour: dark mahogany colour and very dense appearance
Aroma: the aroma is complex and very intense, with aromas of raisins and roasted almonds
Taste: the lingering, delicate flavour is a perfect complement to foie gras, blue mould cheeses and beef, for example
