Tradition and modernity. This is how we can characterize this excellent sparkling wine. It is made from the Macabeo variety, which is divided into three parts and further processed in different ways. Approximately 40% of the wine is produced in French oak barrels, where the wine also matures for about 8 months. Another part is fermented in stainless steel tanks for approximately 1 month at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C. The last part is an early harvest, which is used to balance the flavor of the cucumber. After the purchase, the wine is stored in the underground cellars, where it matures for another 30 months in bottles, where a second fermentation takes place and becomes sparkling wine.

This cave is characterized by a yellow color with a green touch, gorgeous bubbles and an intense aroma with a fruity taste of ripe green apple that complements the tiny spice of spices.
