Pilchardus sardines are caught in the Atlantic Sea using traditional and sustainable methods, always choosing the ideal time of day and the ideal season when they have the most fat, ensuring their succulent texture and exceptional taste.

During processing, the sardines are cleaned by hand, washed in brine and then grilled one by one, as was done in the old days, to give them the desired texture. The fish are then marinated in olive oil with chilli flakes and hand-divided into tins according to size.

To enjoy, we recommend serving them with fresh tomatoes or salted butter and thinly sliced onions on toasted bread.
