The fine, pale yellow wine full of flavor comes from the Pazo Señorans from DO Rías Baixas. The grapevine used to make this delicious wine comes from the lowlands near the sea, which affects the resulting grape taste as well as the clay subsoil. After manual grape harvesting, the maceration is done together with the peels and subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C. The wine matures for at least 5 months in the tanks and then for another 30 months in a bottle.
