Outstanding white wine comes from the Pla de Bages, which has a Mediterranean climate characterized by low rainfall and great temperature differences. The vineyards are over 30 years old and situated at 300 m above sea level. After manual harvesting, grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 21 days at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C. The wine has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and smells of fresh white fruit (especially pears and citrus) and white flowers with a delicate herbal aroma. On the floor is smooth and fresh with hints of white fruit, a long finish finished with a delicate bitterness.

The Oller del Mas Winery is located on the site of a restored 10th-century medieval castle. It has 600 hectares of land, of which 60 ha are organic vineyards where no chemicals are used and only organic fertilizers are used.
