Gorka Izagirre, D.O.P. Bizkaiko Txakolina, white wine, 0,75l Aromatic white wine Gorka Izagirre is made from two Basque autochthonous varieties - Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Zerratia, to satisfy every enthusiast. It is a very fresh, light wine of fruity taste, which is based on an apple base and is reflected in the tones of ferns, white flowers and citrus. Great for fish and seafood.

Gorka Izagirre is an exceptional white wine of straw color with green reflections. It is very tasty and balanced, with an aroma of fresh apples and intense aroma of ferns. The wine is made from two Basque varieties - Hondarrabi Zerratia and Hondarrabi Zuri. The grapes are harvested manually and then degraded. After cryoacervation, they are carefully pressed by a pneumatic press and then fermented for 16 days at low temperatures around 14 ° C. The wine of the Hondarrabi Zerratia variety then matures shortly (for 2.5 months) to achieve a full and long-lasting taste. Then mix with the other variety and roll into the bottles.

Variety: 50% Hondarrabi Zerratia and 50% Hondarrabi Zuri

Serve at temperatures between 8-10 ° C. We recommend combining it with fish, seafood, vegetables and cheeses.
