Elvira García has the utmost respect for the animals and the nature in which the goats are free-ranging. All their goats are of the Malagueña breed. It is a family farm with a great tradition that takes care of the whole process from the birth of their goats to the moment when the milk becomes their excellent cheese.

The whole production process is handled by the whole family, Elvira, Francisco, Jesús, Paco, José María and Miguel. The family has kept goats for several generations. They live in the rich and varied natural environment of El Barraco, Ávila. They enjoy an enviable landscape. The Malaga goats produce exceptional milk. Milk that has a pure, sweet and balanced taste and has been awarded many times for its quality.
