The aroma is very expressive, with a nose of cinnamon pastry, roasted chestnuts, dried mushrooms, walnuts, tobacco and gently maple syrup. It is balanced in the mouth between sweet tones and light acidity and a bit of bitterness. Roasted coffee beans and hazelnuts, walnuts and almonds can be smelled in the taste of this sherry. It has subtle hints of orange peel and herbal tones. Deep and long lasting fading. Sherry is dry and slightly sweet.
