Valdeorras, white wine, 0,75l Telmo Rodríguez Gaba do Xil is an excellent white wine made from the Godello grape variety from the Valdeorras region of Galicia. It is a very young wine with a relatively light body. It has a straw colour and a relatively low intensity, mineral nose, dominated by fruity and citrus notes. On the palate it is pleasant and smooth with a long finish and balanced acidity.

Gaba de Xil is a wine from the interior of Galicia that carries both the inland climate and the harsh Atlantic winds. A fresh and ripe wine that comes from vineyards at 550 metres above sea level. The soil is very poorly fertile, so production is very low, but of high quality. Only indigenous yeasts are used and the wine is then aged sur lie in stainless steel tanks for 4 months.

This excellent white wine is the perfect accompaniment to salads, fine cheeses or sea fish.
