Red, dry Moraza Garnacha wine, originating from the D.O. Rioja is made from the Garnacha grape variety. The vineyards are planted on clay-limestone soil at an altitude of 600 meters. The wine matures in stainless steel tanks, which maintains its freshness, fruitiness and is very drinkable.
The wine is fresh, clean and very spontaneous. Aromas of red fruits - strawberries, raspberries, sour cherries and pomegranate and spices - mainly cinnamon, nutmeg and red pepper. Very juicy taste, slightly mineral with smooth tannins and balanced acidity.
We recommend serving at a temperature of 16 - 18°C. Decantation time approx. 1 hour.

Bodegas Moraza - a smaller family winery from the most famous Spanish region of Rioja, for which it is not a priority to make heavy barrique wine, but rather took an alternative route. They are looking for a way to authentically reflect the local terroir and character of typical varieties in their wines. Their wine differs from "commercial" wineries mainly in spontaneous fermentation and maturation in concrete tanks instead of classic oak barrels. The wines retain freshness, are more drinkable and fruity.
