This excellent white wine is made with the varieties of Viura and Malvasia grown in vineyards over 50 years old. Grape harvesting takes place manually and hand-picked to pick only the highest quality. It is fermented for 17 days at a controlled temperature of 19 ° C. The second fermentation takes place for 3 months using the sur le method in French (75%) and American oak barrels (25%). This produces a gentle wine of bright yellow color with intense aroma of citrus, pear and peach. The taste is delicate, balanced, fresh and fruity.
