Ausás Interpretación red wine, originating in the Ribera del Duero region, is made from the Tempranillo variety, which is characterized by a ruby ​​red color, taste and aroma of plums, berries (blackberries, raspberries), tobacco and vanilla. The wine is full, beautifully harmonious and has a long finish.

The vineyards that produce grapes for Ausàs Interpretaciónjsou are around 40 years old. Their soils are sandy and calcareous. The wine matured for 16 months in new and used oak barrels. The wine is available for archiving and we recommend decanting it before consumption.

We recommend serving the wine at a temperature between 15 - 17 ° C. It goes well with Iberian ham, red meat, lamb and ripe cheeses.
