White wine O Estranxeiro Blanco, originating in the Ribeira Sacra region, is made from the Godello, Albariño and Treixadura varieties. The vineyards are planted on terraces, which are on steep slopes and canyons of the rivers Sil and Miňo. There is often a very difficult approach, so the whole process of harvesting is done by hand. Slate subsoil, sand and clay are typical for this area.

The wine is young, light with hints of fruit and ripe citrus. There are also aromatic herbs such as thyme and mint. In the mouth it is very elegant, with good acidity that balances the whole. About Estranxeiro Blanco matures for 6 months in stainless steel barrels.
