Guimaro San Pedro is a red wine produced by Bodegas Guimaro with the Ribeira Sacra appellation of origin. It is made predominantly from 80 % Mencía, Brancellao and Garnacha grapes. It comes from the vineyards around the Sil River in San Pedro de Baños with slate soils on a granite base and is aged for 18 months in oval barrels of 3 000 litres.
We recommend serving at a temperature of 14-16°C.
