La Rosa is a new vintage produced by winemaker and oenologist Pepe Raventós through his personal project: the Terroir and environmentally friendly Can Sumoi winery.

This organic Spanish rosé wine is made from vineyards near the magnificent Can Sumoi farmhouse, surrounded by Mediterranean forests, at an altitude of 650 meters, in the highest D.O. Penedès.

All agricultural and viticultural processes, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, are carried out according to organic and biodynamic procedures and with minimal intervention techniques.

This natural wine is made from a truly original blend of Xarel·lo, Sumoll and Parellada grapes. The harvest took place during August and September, the grapes were harvested by hand and then fermented in stainless steel tanks with the original yeast. Then Can Sumoi La Rosa 2020 completed spontaneous apple-milk fermentation.

                 

The wine has citrus, mostly grapefruit tones. Very light and fresh, ideal for hot summer evenings.

                 

We recommend serving at 8 ° C.

The wine will perfectly complement pasta, soft cheeses, salads or risotto.
