Gramona Pinot Noir Rosé Brut is made from the Pinot Noir variety, which delivers very intense tones of red fruit (wild strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and currants). The taste is intense with a slight freshness of Mediterranean herbs (lavender, thyme). A slightly bitter note prolongs the aftertaste. All this is underlined by very vivid and sharp bubbles.
Cava Gramona Pinot Noir Rosé is made from hand-picked grapes. The total maturing time is over 30 months with a cork stopper. The vines come from more than 20 years old vineyards. The winery is environmentally friendly and Cava can be classified as an organic and biodynamic wine.
