Baluarte is a new range of wines produced by Gran Feudo in different regions, not only in Navarre. A range of fresh wines, with varietals playing the main role, designed to attract a younger audience.
Baluarte Rosado is a rosé made from the Grenache grape. After traditional vinification and a short maceration with the skins, it is fermented in stainless steel tanks.
The wine is lighter pink in colour, the aroma is beautifully fruity and floral. The palate is expressive, fresh and full of fruit with a little herbs in the background.
We recommend serving it as an aperitif, with poultry, rice dishes and grilled vegetables.
