This is an excellent cherry wine with a suggestive and complex flavor of forest fruit that is easy to drink. It is great to add smoked, savory and other meat and cheese.

This delicious red wine of the Enate winery is made from the Sauvignon and Merlot varieties, which grow at an altitude of 600 meters above the Enate valley. Thanks to the low moisture, grapevine works very well and does not require any special treatment. The grapes after maceration are macerated, then fermented at controlled temperature and matured for 6 months in barreous barrels. Prior to marketing, wine is resting for a year in a bottle.

The result is a fine wine with a complex aroma of forest fruit and an elegant touch of violets, vanilla and forest shrubs. On the palate it is delicate and round with velvety tannin, which makes it suitable for the general public. Acidity is balanced, allowing the wine to boil your taste if you let it grow for the next 5 years.
