The Elegance Series knives have a 1.4116-X50 Cr Mo V15 steel blade and an acetal resin handle for easy, precise cutting and maximum stability and balance.

The blade is obtained by electrical bursting, a modern system that involves passing a high-density electric current by induction to the steel workpiece. The shape of the blade is then given by the press. In this way, the steel fibres gain strength and ensure better mechanical resistance of the finished product. In addition, by heating only the target area, the high physical properties of the remaining part remain unchanged.

The glossy handle of the knife provides a unique look that is decorated with the logo. The high-pressure injection molding used for the handles provides higher density and thus higher holding and durability, even in the event of accidental impacts. Elegance knives are ideal for those who love design and want to add an elegant touch to the kitchen.
