This fine white wine comes from the Baigorri winery in Rioja Alavesa and is made from two varieties - Viura and Malvasia. Cultivated by the combination of traditional and modern methods that are friendly to nature. When wine is produced, the grapes are manually germinated, hand-picked, and then macerated for several hours with the peel. The white wine Baigorri is matured for 8 months in new oak barrels of French oak, together with a sediment, which gives the wine a golden color and an intense fruit aroma. It is characterized by a long, complex and balanced taste.
