This delicious delicacy is made from a species of anchovy that originates from the Cantabrian Sea and is highly prized worldwide. Only pieces from spring harvests, when the meat has the optimum taste, are used to produce this delicious delicacy. Once in the factory, it is salted and left to rest in barrels for six months. Then remove the scales, fillet the fish, place them in jars and pour in good quality olive oil. The result is delicious tender meat that will delight your taste buds.
Agromar has been a Spanish company engaged in preserving the finest pieces from the seas of Europe for more than 50 years.
