This excellent red wine of the highest quality comes from the DO Rioja area and is made from the only Tempranillo variety that gives it a strong and full flavor. On the first floor is a complex wine with long maturity. The wine comes from carefully selected grapes from 50-year-old vineyards that are hand-picked and transported in small 8-inch boxes so that only the best conditions are guaranteed. The fermentation takes place in wooden containers for 10 days and at a controlled temperature of 30 ° C. The wine matures for 18 months in new French oak casks and then for another 20 months in a bottle. Only then is it ready for the market.
