This excellent red wine is the result of a careful selection of the best grape vines to create a perfect and exceptional wine that retains the aroma and shine that has won countless international awards. The vineyards on which this wine is grown are only about 10 ha and the average age of the grapes is 45 years. After a careful selection of the best grapes, they are mechanically molded and then stored for fermentation in wooden tanks for 11 days at a controlled temperature between 24 and 28 ° C. It then matures in barrique barrels for 18 months and once closed in bottles.

We recommend serving at a temperature between 16 ° C and 18 ° C, for better taste, decant 45 minutes before serving. Suitable for rice dishes with meat, roasted meat, wild and mature cheeses.
