Both traditional harvesting and wine production are traditional and environmental. Harvesting takes place manually so that the berries do not get damaged. It is then fermented for 18 days in stainless steel containers. Then the malolactic fermentation takes place in the barrique barrels and subsequent ripening for 4 months. The result is a distinctive wine that reflects all the characteristics of the area from which it comes.

Sileo is a wine with a gorgeously glowing color of cherry with a purple hem and tastes of forest fruits, especially blackberries and strawberries, forest grass, liquorice and spice. On the palate it is fresh, distinctive with a sweet and balanced tannin.
