Red wine Amancio comes from the traditional Sierra Cantabria winery, which has been producing the finest wines for five generations. The production of Amancia uses the Tempranillo variety grown on vineyards aged 20 to 35 years. The manual selection of grapes is very strict - only 8% of harvested grapes are used for production, which guarantees high quality. After initial maceration, subsequent fermentation and subsequent 21-day secondary maceration, the wine matures for 24 months in barreous barrels. It is then matured in the bottle for 4 months.
